Description of content:
° Dimension, performance and testing method: As designated in KS M 6750;
° Inspection points and methods:
- External appearance: Sampling inspection procedures and tables by attributes with severity adjustment (KSA 3109: one normal inspection, S-4, AQL: 1 per cent);
- Performance: Tyres must pass the first inspection (n=1, c=0);
- Indication: Size specification, serial number, name of manufacturer, and country shall be marked on the side of the tyre.
° Frequency of inspection:
- Inspection of all the above items shall be conducted for each instance of import except for the inspection for durability, which shall be conducted once every two years after the first inspection.

INTRODUCTION
In line with paragraph 16 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration in November 2001 and paragraph 22 of the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration in December 2005, tariff as well as non-tariff barriers (“NTBs”) should be reduced or as appropriate eliminated, in particular with respect to products of export interest to developing Members, and the special needs and interests of developing and least-developed Members should be taken fully into account.
