accession of GEORGIa

Decision of 6 October 1999

The General Council,
Having regard to the results of the negotiations directed towards the establishment of the terms of accession of Georgia to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization and having prepared a Protocol for the Accession of Georgia,
Decides, in accordance with Article XII of the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, that Georgia may accede to the Marrakesh Agreement
Establishing the World Trade Organization on the terms set out in the said Protocol.
