AGREEMENT ON IMPORT LICENSING PROCEDURES

Notification under Article 5.
38/M-DAG/PER/6/2012 dated 14 June 2012 concerning to The Amendment of The Regulation of The Minister of Trade Number 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning The Provisions on the Import of Horticultural Products.

If so please indicate: (f) the administrative purpose: Application for securing the appointment as IT of Certain Products shall be submitted in writing to the Director by enclosing the following copy documents of:

This Minister Regulation shall be in effect on 28 September 2012 and will be evaluated periodically

"Members which institute licensing procedures or changes in these procedures shall notify the Committee of such within 60 days of publication [.
