OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

The Membership is open to all WTO Members indicating their wish to serve on the Working Party.
Terms of Reference:
To examine the application of the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina to accede to the World Trade Organization under Article XII and to submit to the General Council recommendations which may include a draft Protocol of Accession.

The following communication has been received from the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We notify the decision of Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for accession to the World Trade Organisation under Article XII of the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the WTO. We would appreciate if you submit this communication to the WTO General Council for consideration on the agenda of its next meeting.
The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina hopes that, in accordance with WTO procedures, our country will be granted observer status and that a working party to discuss our accession to the WTO will be established in the near future.
