This revision includes new provisions for the case of new domestic technical regulations being developed after the convergence has been achieved, addressing various possible contingencies. It updates the good regulatory practice provision. Finally, it fleshes out further Annex 2 by describing the regulatory universe that this proposal encompasses on the basis of all existing Regulations developed by the World
