Established Maximum Residue Limit: Spiromesifen The proposed maximum residue limit document for spiromesifen notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/494 (dated 3 December 2010) was adopted 16 May 2011 as the Established Maximum Residue Limit: Spiromesifen (EMRL2011-29).
The MRLs documented therein are legally in effect as of 16 May 2011, the publication date of EMRL2011-29.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND
Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the "Agreement between the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization" (WT/L/195), the following text of the IMF Executive Board Decision taken on 30 December 2009, relating to the exchange restrictions of the Syrian Arab Republic has been communicated to the WTO.

The Fund takes this decision in concluding the 2009 Article XIV consultation with the Syrian Arab Republic.
The Syrian Arab Republic continues to maintain restrictions on the making of payments and transfers for current international transactions, including administrative allocation of foreign exchange, under the transitional arrangements under Article XIV section 2, as described in EBD/09/91, Rev. 1. With regard to the transposition of Argentina's Schedule LXIV into the Harmonized System 1996, I have the honour to inform you that Argentina wishes to request an extension of the waiver in order to suspend application of the provisions of Article II of the GATT 1994.

OF THE WORKING GROUP ON NOTIFICATION OBLIGATIONS AND PROCEDURES
Revision
1. At its meeting on 15 October 1996, the Council for Trade in Goods considered the report of the Working Group on Notification Obligations and Procedures (G/L/112) and decided, inter alia, that the listing of notification obligations and the compliance therewith, contained in its Annex III, should be maintained on an on going basis and circulated to all Members.
2. Accordingly Annex III of document G/L/112 has been repeatedly updated. The present document updates the information, including the explanatory notes, and the listing of notifications to include all notifications of a regular or periodic nature up to 31 December 2005.

(b) Other delegates' vehicles will be parked in the Sécheron car park (chemin des Mines), where an area will be set aside for them. To gain access to the site vehicles must display a blue badge on their windscreens. Please note that space in that car park is limited

The Committee on Balance-of-Payments Restrictions met on 19 July 2005, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Victor Echevarría Ugarte (Spain), to review work on outstanding implementation issues under Paragraph 12(b) of the Doha Ministerial Declaration.
The Chairman emphasized that, for the present meeting, he was acting in his capacity as Friend of the Chairman of the Trade Negotiations Committee (TNC). He added that the Committee meeting convened for 20 June had been postponed in order to allow more time for the process of informal consultations.
He recalled that at the Committee meeting of 26 April he had circulated a non-paper on outstanding implementation issues (JOB(05)/60) which reflected drafting suggestions to paragraph 14 of WT/BOP/R/66 that had been made during the process of informal consultations. This t
